Our Space is Available for Events
Our Philly ALC School campus in Bella Vista is available for rent evenings, weekends, and summers when school is not in session. It's a good fit for small classes, workshops, and community gatherings of up to 40 people.
Please note: the space is on the second floor with no elevator access.

Capacity: up to 40 people
The rental includes access to two main rooms and shared amenities:
Work area: two group tables, a foosball table, and coat hooks
Living room: comfortable seating plus five tables for small meetings or breakout groups
Mat room: open floor space, well suited for yoga, movement classes, or studio work
Kitchenette: refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and hotplate
WiFi and one bathroom also included.

We're happy to host educational workshops and classes, yoga and movement sessions, community meetings, study groups and tutoring, skill shares and creative meetups, and small summer programs.
We do not allow large parties, celebrations, or events serving alcohol.

$50 per hour
$175 per half-day (4 hours)
$300 per full day (8 hours)
$1,250 per week (5-7 days)
If you're a small organization or community group and cost is a barrier, tell us. We want this space to be accessible for educational and community use.

How It Works
How It Works
Submit a Rental Request at least one week in advance. We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days to confirm availability.
Once availability is confirmed, we'll send a rental agreement and invoice. A deposit is required to hold your date.
Show up and use the space! We ask that you leave it as you found it.

Availability
During the school year (September–June), the space is available for rental on weekends and weekday evenings after 4:00 PM.
During the summer (July–August), the space is available any time, seven days a week.
A Philly ALC staff member is not present on-site during rentals. A staff contact will be available by phone and text throughout your event for questions or issues that require our attention.
Accessibility note: Entry requires navigating exterior steps and a full flight of interior stairs. There is no elevator.
